Terms & Conditions | Make It Personal Gifts

Thank you for shopping with Make It Personal Gifts. Our products are carefully created to help you display and celebrate your favourite memories. Please read the following terms before placing your order.

1. Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalised nature of many of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a description of the issue and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once reviewed, we will arrange a suitable resolution such as a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Please note the following are not considered faults:

  • Low resolution, blurry or pixelated images uploaded by the customer
  • Screenshots or poor-quality photos submitted for printing
  • Minor colour variations between screens and printed products
  • Slight differences in cropping, alignment, or positioning during production

Customers are responsible for ensuring uploaded images are clear and suitable for printing.

2. Use of Product Photos

From time to time, we may share photos of finished products on our website or social media to showcase our work.

These images will never include personal information. If you prefer that your product is not shared, please contact us and we will respect your request.

3. Order Process

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

For custom products:

  • The image you upload is the image that will be printed.
  • Proofs are not normally sent before production.

  • Orders may begin production shortly after purchase.

If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

4. Frames & Magnet Compatibility

Some products sold by Make It Personal Gifts are magnet frames designed to fit specific magnet sizes. Make It Personal Gifts only sell frames that suit their product sizes, but custom sizing can be created upon request. 

Customers are responsible for ensuring they are purchasing the correct product type. Frames do not contain magnets themselves and are designed to attach to compatible magnets.

If you are unsure about compatibility before purchasing, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

5. Bulk Orders

Bulk or wholesale orders may be available upon request.

These orders may require:

  • Full payment before production begins
  • Custom shipping quotes depending on order size

Please contact us directly for bulk order enquiries.

6. Licensed or Copyrighted Content

Make It Personal Gifts cannot reproduce images, logos, or designs that are protected by copyright or trademark laws.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Characters from movies, television, or games
  • Sports team logos
  • Brand logos or copyrighted artwork

Orders containing restricted content may be cancelled and refunded.

7. Intellectual Property

Customers retain ownership of the images they upload. Images are used only for the purpose of creating your order unless permission has been provided to share them.

Make It Personal Gifts retains ownership of its own designs, product photos, branding, and website content.

8. Privacy

We collect only the information required to process your order and communicate with you. Customer information is never sold or shared with third parties.
